Bootcamp: ONE MONTH Online in Small Groups to Gain Tools for Less Stress and Better Sleep
This month of guided activities will help you reduce your stress and enhance your sleep. It includes:
- specific actions to be taken every day, drawn from the latest knowledge in neuroscience
- a tool for monitoring your daily actions so that you and your e-coach can celebrate your successes and find solutions to your challenges
- a tool that measures and tracks the improvement of your well-being and of your efficiency
- four one-hour time slots, online, in small groups, to receive cutting-edge information, answers to your questions and lots of motivation from your online team
Following your registration, you will receive a link by email to register using a username and password. This will give you access to your online bootcamp site. You will be able to download your tools and start using them. Each week, you will receive a hyperlink by e-mail to join the e-coaching session.
