Some forms of physical training radically alter the brain. They have powerful short-term and long-term effects on cognition, emotional skills and health. They are essential to the mass production of neurotransmitters and hormones that allow neuroplasticity. On the other hand, the effects of training depend, among other things, on the type of exercise, its intensity, its duration, and how difficult it feels, based mostly on the person’s fitness level.

How to create your own training program to get maximum results for your brain in the shortest time? How to use the ''Healthy Brain'' tool to visualize your progress in your exercise program aimed at beating depression or stress overload?
